Mayur Enterprises Return & Refund Policy

At Mayur Enterprises, we prioritize your satisfaction with our "100% Customer Satisfaction Program" that ensures easy returns and refunds under the following conditions:

1. If the product you received is damaged, defective, or broken.
2. If the product does not match the description or photo on our website, or if you are not satisfied with the quality.

How to Initiate a Return?

1. Contact us at via call/WhatsApp at +91 7726981451 with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Returns must be initiated within 2 days of delivery.
3. Once we receive the returned product, the refund will be processed within 2 working days.

Return Process:

1. Mayur Enterprises will handle the return courier process through our partnered courier company.
2. Alternatively, you can send the return parcel to us at your own cost. The return courier charges will be reimbursed when we process the refund.

Important Notes:

1. Returns will only be accepted if the parcel is shipped back within 2 days of delivery.
2. Stitched pieces are non-returnable and non-cancellable under any circumstances.
3. Please include a video of the parcel opening process as proof in case of any discrepancies.

Refund Policy:

Once we receive the returned product, the refund will be processed within 3-4 working days via NEFT. Please include a piece of paper with your Bank Account Number and IFSC Code inside the return package along with the order slip.
